








About Sheri Mazurek, M. Ed, SPHR
Sheri Mazurek is a senior certified human resources professional with over 15 years of management experience in multiple industries. She is skilled in all areas of human resources with a specialty in training and development.
Her career began in the retail industry in 1992 where she served over 13 years in store and district management roles in the retail and retail financial services industries. During her tenure, she built and led successful teams to exceed company targets in profitability through customer relationship building, marketing execution, financial performance, and team development. She received multiple awards in customer service and led the company in customer service and audit scores. Sheri served on multiple task forces within the organization to improve operations, customer service, and employee performance. It was during her tenure in the retail industry that Sheri realized as a leader, her success was determined by the success of the members of her team. She discovered a passion for training and development and she coached and developed over twenty-five employees to store and district management positions.
After receiving her bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a Human Resources concentration, Sheri continued her successful career in role of Human Resources Manager. During that time, she worked for two small organizations where she served as the first full time Human Resources Manager for both. In these roles, Sheri served and continues to serve in her current role as a "nuts to bolts" professional responsible for the entire human resources function. Her duties have included policy development, performance management process developments, training program development, benefits administration, company communications, recruiting, termination, and consultation on all human resource issues.
